Oman Projects (Pty) Ltd t/a Oman Software ("we") processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us when you call, WhatsApp or email.
• For Account Watch clients: municipal, levy and utility statements you send us, and the account details on them.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, to deliver the service you asked for, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

How we keep it safe

Statements are processed on systems we control. We keep the figures needed to check your accounts, not your bank details, and we delete statement copies when the service ends unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights
